OHANA HAS BEEN SOLD! CONGRATULATIONS TO JOHN AND NOEL, MAY THEY HAVE MANY HAPPY VOYAGES ON HER. She WAS a GREAT boat for us, but we will have many wonderful memories of our trips on her. We've had this boat for 2 years and have cruised from our homeport of Sarasota to Charlotte Harbor, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Naples, the Everglades (Little Shark River) and Key West. We found Ohana in St. Petersburg. We were looking for a sailboat between 15-20K, moving up from our previous boat, a terrific little 1971 Morgan 22. Ohana was from Virginia, and at some point she was even further north -- she has "Nyack Sailing Club" stickers on her stern. She is hull #224 and is pretty as can be. She is in above average condition, with the former owner customizing her quite a bit. He sailed her from Virginia to the east coast of Florida and then over to the Bahamas and to Tampa, so she was equipped for living aboard. We've found the extensive storage and comfortable cabin perfect for the two of us. We have extensive pics of Ohana under the " Link: Photos of Ohana(http://www.ohana.talkspot.com/aspx/templates/leftmenugreen.aspx/msgid/306583) " tab. Ohana is well equipped with: -Garmin 176C chartplotter -Raymarine autohelm -Wheel steering -Reliable Atomic Four -Wind generator (AirX) and solar panel -2 battery banks (4 batts total) -Raymarine depth sounder -Roller furling -Bimini and dodger with integrated canvas -Custom storage below for cruising -Stackpack and lazy jacks -Origo alcohol stove -Shore power -3 anchors including storm gear -Magma barbecue grill -VHF Radio and stereo/CD player -Ready to sail with docklines, lifejackets, boat hook, fenders, etc. MORE INFO: Link: Specs (http://www.ohana.talkspot.com/aspx/templates/leftmenugreen.aspx/msgid/449821) Link: PHRF rating comparison(http://www.ohana.talkspot.com/aspx/templates/leftmenugreen.aspx/msgid/449822) Link: Full Inventory(http://www.ohana.talkspot.com/aspx/templates/leftmenugreen.aspx/msgid/449823) Link: History of Pearson Yachts(http://www.boatus.com/goodoldboat/PearsonHistory.asp) Link: Pearson Owners Association(http://www.pearsoncurrent.com/home/index.php) We have taken great care of this boat, and she has returned the favor. We hope to pass her on to someone who will love her as much as we do. We can even help you out with a cheap place to keep her -- the Sarasota Sailing Squadron! (replace the word AT with the "@" symbol, I am listing it this way to avoid spam). She can be shown just about any time, as I work just down the street. CRUISE BIG ON A SMALL BUDGET!!
